Shelagh wanted a space for work and play with a home office and crafting room rolled into one!
This is what we made for her; an oak floating desk wrapped around the room with two floor to ceiling cabinets sprayed in F&B Cardroom Green. We have bevelled doors with brass Searle Swirled T-Bar handles from Plank, floating shelves above the desk and lighting along the floating shelves and down the bookcase, all dimmable to set the mood.
Inside the tall cabinet we have shelves lipped with oak to match the desk and a cable access flap to allow cables in and out of the cabinet housing the printer and computer. And on the other side, there is a small bookcase ready to house her books and a set of 3 drawers ready to fill with all of Shelagh’s crafting bits and bobs.
