Floor to ceiling stepped media wall with j-handles

Bramhall, Stockport

This multi use living space needed a corner to sit and end the day in front of the TV.

Designing a project is one of the most exciting parts of the process as it sets everything in motion. You tell us what you’d like, we design it and work out all the details to really make it the best it can be! The designs are the blueprint and everything is referenced off these drawings so you know exactly what the finished piece will look like! Take a closer look at how it works here.

We are really pleased with how this media wall turned out! It feels quite grand being floor to ceiling with a stepped cabinet adding some dimension. We have 2 shelves above the TV and three shelves on each side too. The shelves all have dimmable lighting on them and really make all the trinkets pop!

There are lots of other little details that add up! Like the worktop having rounded softened corners. There are vents on the worktop and plinth for airflow to the games consoles inside the cabinets and they are sprayed to match the cabinets.

We have flat doors across the lower cabinets and across the top of the doors, we have these oak backed j-handles that really pop against the blue. If you look closely, you’ll notice the grain of the oak running across and meeting up beautifully. The media wall is sprayed in F&B Lulworth Blue, a fresh mid blue and feels really calm. Being in the family room which joins the dining room and kitchen, the media wall feels calm amongst the busyness of life!

The cabinets continue into the kitchen diner space with an office space set up behind the pivot doors and plenty of adjustable shelves for storage, really making the most of the tall angled ceiling from the extension. Take a closer look here.
